Cancellation Policy

Refunds and Transfers: a. No cash refunds shall be granted under any circumstances. Once a booking is made on the website and payment is completed. No refunds will be issued if you wish to cancel before the start of the session. b. The services procured under this agreement are uniquely linked to the registered participant and shall not, under any circumstance, be transferable to any third-party. Weather Provisions: a. In anticipation of adverse weather conditions, a weather advisory shall be issued no later than 45 minutes preceding the session to determine the viability of the scheduled activities. b. Conversely, should adverse weather conditions lead to the interruption of a session beyond its halfway point, the session shall be regarded as not completed, it will be rescheduled within two weeks from the date of cancellation. c. However, if adverse weather conditions lead to the interruption of a session beyond its halfway point, the session shall be regarded as wholly conducted. Medical Exemptions: a. Solely in the event of medical incapacitation, substantiated with an official medical certificate, a credit note will be issued. b. If a participant is unable to attend the session due to sickness, make up session will be issued within the following week. Please note that this cannot be converted to a technical class or the Elite Skills Camp.
